Delhi is the natural starting point for a North India holiday. The Taj Mahal is a four hour drive away. The Himalayan foothills at Haridwar and Rishikesh are five hours away. Shimla is seven hours away and Jaipur is five. Because everything is within a comfortable day of driving, the quality of your Delhi tour package depends less on the destination list and more on how well the road time is planned.
That is where most package holidays go wrong. An itinerary that reads well on paper often puts a family in a vehicle for nine hours on day one and then asks them to sightsee on arrival. We build every package backwards from the driving, not forwards from the attraction list.
We check what time your flight or train reaches Delhi, how long the road realistically takes on that day of the week, and where the sensible meal and rest stops fall. Only then do we fix the hotel nights.

The Taj Mahal is closed to visitors every Friday. A large number of Delhi to Agra packages sold online ignore this and land guests in Agra on a Friday. We check the day of the week against your travel dates before we quote. If you have only one full day in Agra, we start from Delhi at 5.30 in the morning so that you reach the east gate for sunrise, which is both the coolest and the least crowded viewing window.

A tempo traveller is the right vehicle once your group passes six or seven people. Below that a sedan or an SUV is cheaper. Above it, splitting a group across two cars costs more per head, doubles the driver allowance and separates your group on the road, which is the part most families regret.
Our fleet runs from 9 to 26 seats and includes standard Force tempo travellers, Maharaja variants with reclining seats and premium interiors, and the Force Urbania for groups that want a genuinely luxurious cabin. All vehicles are air conditioned with roof mounted vents, pushback seating, charging points and dedicated luggage space.

For an outstation trip the vehicle and the driver stay with your group for the entire journey. There is no daily rebooking, no waiting for a cab at each stop and no luggage moving between vehicles. The driver handles permits, tolls, parking and route planning while you travel.
An important note on seating: A 16 seater tempo traveller is comfortable for about 12 to 13 passengers once you account for luggage, because the rear rows are usually where the bags go on a multi day trip. If your group is 15 people with a full week of luggage heading to Manali, a 20 seater will be a far better trip than a 16 seater. We will tell you this when you enquire even though the smaller vehicle would be the easier sale.
For hill routes to Shimla, Manali, Nainital and Mussoorie we assign drivers with specific hill driving experience. The descent from Rohtang and the approach to Nainital both have sustained gradients where engine braking technique in a fully loaded tempo traveller genuinely matters.
The Force Urbania is the most comfortable vehicle in this class on Indian roads. It has a monocoque body, individual captain seats with armrests, individual air conditioning vents and USB ports, and a noticeably quieter cabin than a standard tempo traveller. It is the vehicle we recommend for corporate groups, wedding guest transport, senior travellers and any journey over six hours where cabin comfort changes how the day ends.
The Maharaja Tempo Traveller sits between the standard and the Urbania. It offers reclining seats, upgraded upholstery, mood lighting and a music system, at a rate closer to a standard tempo traveller. For a family group on a five or six day Himachal circuit it is usually the best value point in the fleet.

Every car we send out is chauffeur driven. We do not offer self drive rentals. Outstation routes from Delhi cross state borders into Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana and Rajasthan, each with its own permit and toll structure. Hill routes to Shimla, Manali and Nainital demand experience that a first time driver on those roads does not have. Our drivers hold commercial licences, carry valid permits, and drive these corridors regularly.
Fares are billed garage to garage, which is the standard for tourist vehicles in Delhi. The meter starts when the vehicle leaves our garage and ends when it returns. This is why a Delhi to Agra day trip is billed at roughly 450 kilometres rather than the 230 kilometres shown on a map. Every operator in this market bills this way. We state it openly so that the number on your bill matches the number in your quote.
A one way cab is a point to point drop with no return journey and no sightseeing stops. It suits an airport departure, a relocation, or flying out from the destination.
